SPARK Stanford Discusses Crossing the Valley of Death with Universities in Taiwan

In May of 2018, SPARK-Stanford participated in a conference on pharmaceutical and medical device development. Nancy Federspiel, Meg Snowden, and Mike Taylor, experts in drug development, patent law, and preclinical research respectively, traveled from California to share their insights on translational research. The following discussion on the challenges of commercialization of biomedical research also included members of five training universities (Taiwan University, Successful University, Yangming University, Taipei Medical University, China Medical University).
