10th Annual SPARK Global Meeting

The 10th Annual SPARK Global Meeting was held at Stanford University from September 16-17, 2024, in the Li Ka Shing Center. Over the course of 1 ½ days, attendees explored the transformative role of AI in medicine through insightful presentations and engaged in dynamic roundtable discussions addressing challenges and solutions in launching and running SPARK programs. For the first time, SPARK Stanford, in collaboration with SPARK Taiwan, hosted a VC Day on September 17th, showcasing 15 projects—8 therapeutic-focused and 7 medical devices—from global SPARK programs. Local Bay Area venture capitalists and industry leaders judged the presentations and provided invaluable feedback during one-on-one consultations. The event was a resounding success, advancing the SPARK mission of fostering innovation and collaboration across the globe.
